The context is that the guy found out that she is having an affair when she bent down in the first picture and he saw the tally marks on her ass. He's saying he's not going to help keep her affair a secret after nutting one in her, supposedly in exchange to keep her secret. I'm basing this assumption on how against it she is to have sex with him and the different colored marker he used to increase the tally.
