So I got a bit tired from creating and painting complicated and detailed digital painting, and decided to create a staple simple style for some of my work. 
And I used D.va, my favorite character from Overwatch, as a test subject. The technique isn't complicated and quite straight foward, but there are some principles that needs to be noted when creating art like this, such as not using "black lines" and trying out unique color schemes. I think I am really loving the end results, I just need to practice and make more of it to build a habit out of this illustrative style.
