Does this count for "Wow that was fast" pool if this is from someone who is working on the game? It might be something that they already drew prior to the release

It completely defeats the purpose if it's made by someone related to the project, meaning they had ample warning to prepare. It definitely doesn't count if they also admit they had it prepared before the announcement
