Still, she kinda ruins the whole point of her hooded disguise if her tail is out there.
Well, two possibilities: first is that the hooded version is not so much a disguise as it is 'stealth-mode' or somesuch since it uses a darker coloring. Second is that since this is more of a profile showing her overall appearance, and that when using an actual disguise she'd hide her tail.
