Alcoholics are implied to get drunk off of anything. And this was referenced in the Division event where it was stated in one of the side stories by a T-doll (M870? Or maybe one of 404's members, can't remember which) that even a drink of water can slosh them silly. Although that might also just be T-Doll programming.
