Yeah it's pretty cool.

Either the head and mask are too big or everything below Ichigo's chin is too small but something is off about this.

His lower torso is too ladylike. His chest pops out too much, so he appears more feminine.

best render of hollowized ichigo I've seen so far. Perhaps the mask looks off because it's a lower angled shot but those horns and the screaming mask are out of this world.
