It's just a genderswap that got somewhat popular, there's not really anything more to it. It even has its own tag.

You are probably confusing the Shimakaze h-doujins here with images. On big N, there are around 1/4th of all works (200 works or so) of the character depicted as Yaoi and good 100 of them being futanari.
