I haven't watched the series, but isnt u-1146 a guy? There've been a few posts where only this cell is present yet she's not tagged with a genderbend tag. Is this a different character?

This is from the spin-off series, Cell’s at Work Black, where the main blood cell and white blood cell are genderswapped.

Also, while Cells at work is set in a regular body, Black is set inside a drinking, and obese heavy smoker. A "black company" so to speak.
