SNOW MIKU 2021×piapro It's my submission for the project featuring everyone's art. It didn't get picked so RIP.
When speaking of Snow Miku 2021's charm, as expected it's definitely the clock-motif hat I think.
The hat has a wonderful design but you can't really see it from the front, so I more or less drew it enlarged in the back~
