Out of morbid curiosity, I did some snooping to discover exactly what in Sam Hill I was looking at in that upper left corner, and yes, those are actually a pair of Fabergé kidneys. I'm not quite sure how this poster from a professional advertisement agency for a local Brazilian hospital to promote organ donation got turned into a pair of cute anime girls by an artist in Korea, but I'm glad to live in a timeline where such a bizarre crossover actually exists.

The artists that actually designed the poster are both on Twitter too. It's unlikely... but I hope they see it!
