    IMO that's how Kal'tsit is venting her stress. Remember last time she went on rampage and Mon3tr didn't intervene? It knows, that Doc can contain her (with material collateral damage at least). Probably reason for her short fuse was death of patient, this time something happened or she got too much on her plate over time.
