Hmm, haven't seen it so far. I also doubt Yostar would allow a loading screen that'd let players glimpse a small portion of Strasser's right areola.
I guess you've never taken a close look at South Dakota. Yostar has stated that they wouldn't censor anything they didn't have to. Though this doesn't seem to extend to whoever their translation/localization team is. Those guys seem to just do whatever they want.
So far, the only loading screens EN didn't get that I'm aware of are the bath screens featuring a loli (like the PR2 bath screen). Aside from those EN has gotten plenty of NSFW screens, so I doubt a subtle areola peak would stop them.

I guess you missed the subject of my statement? This loading screen still isn't/hasn't been in the game. If this was put in the game then it'd likely receive a small censor, kinda like how they went about adding a towel and majuu to that previous bathouse loading screen (or maybe it wouldn't, we don't know as it's still not in the game). You're just making assumptions, though. You have no idea if this piece was ever even up for consideration. You're just making up reasons for why it isn't in the game, even though the artist has never done anything official for AL before and there's nothing anywhere suggesting the devs even know this piece exists.
Also, check out the new Kinu loading screen where you can very clearly see her nipples through her clothes.
