Hope you can speak Japanese. And track down Masatoshi's website and successfully communicate your desire. And get him to accept foreign currency. And overcome any other ways in which that is the stupidest thing I've heard all day.

That's actually not so hard, I know people who speak fluent Japanese, and Paypal overcomes currency problems. My only problem is finding Masatoshi's website.
