To my knowledge its allowed on a per-case basis, since cosplay apparantely opens up a whole can of worms most people don't want to get into.

It would be nice if there was a specific tag for pictures of real people, to make blacklisting them possible. "photo_(medium)" and "cosplay" cover too many posts.

@WholesomeSlime You know that each line on the blacklist is an "AND search" that gets blacklisted, yes? If you put "photo_(medium) cosplay" on one line of your blacklist, it will only cover posts that contain both tags at the same time, which sounds like exactly what you want.
