My understanding is that Amicia drew over Hana's Live2D model, and her illustrator (mama) remains untagged. Of course, Hana herself has said that her illustrator is anonymous, so we can't exactly tag them, but just having Amicia's artist tag would suggest she did the whole thing, and we'd want to avoid implications of that kind.
