Since it's confirmed that Kasen isn't only an Oni, but one of the Four Mountain Deva, if a pic has the three known Devas... Shouldn't a Deva Pool be more comfortable to apply?

I don't think she stopped being an oni by species. I think it was confirmed that she still has horns under those "hair buns"
And her power is diminished from her fury or evil or whatever being cutoff (after being concentrated in her right arm), but that's like saying "half of a trillion dollars". She still has stupidly high strength and durability even in her current form.
She may have abandoned the traditional culture and path of an oni, but that doesn't change her species.
