Even if it's really Chiyo wearing the mask and skin mask, why can't she just wear a different outfit so it won't show any obvious to him?

Also, man I hope we can see more of this with Mika and her mother stuff like how I see a lot of character on anchovy's Mom.

In-universe it's something of an occupational uniform (post #3130432). Out-universe it's baiting the hook, i.e. its intended purpose is to drive speculation of the topic and thus drive up interest in the comic itself.
