Upon closer inspection, isn't the art style kind of different here? It's almost like Konishi's, especially the rather thick lines.

Felt as if bob was replaced or something, but since Bob retweeted this, I'd safely say it is his work.

He may be trying out a new style of drawing, because he posted back in August about improving his proportions.
