For most part, everyone in Hololive is practicing for their upcoming concert and Coco took a break from streaming for a couple of weeks to focus on the practice. Prior events may have been a factor, but there's no confirmation on that being involved with this break. During that hiatus, Kanata mentioned that Coco's doing fine, being as usual and farting in public as she always has.
Coco made her return to streaming today. And since more or less, maybe due to them living together, this fanart was made to welcome Coco back.

I also thought it was because she and Kanata (and some others) moved to a new house as well or something, but that might have been a while ago.
