In the PSX game, she's rather stern and duty-minded. However, artists and doujinshi circles like to make her extremely moe, especially d_kurouri.

There are no changes to her personality. She's basically the same, except she has a voice actor.

I don't recall anything indicating Agrias spurns the thought of a love life, but people really do love that cliche when it comes to lady knights.

One of these days we'll see one who proves confident about that sort of thing, and all the moe fans will cry bitter tears.

Wasn't there a side-plot that never got finished (Like the majority of FFT's side plots...) that hinted that she and Mustadio were comfortably romantically interested in each other?

i don't know about a side plot, but if you are in a certain town in Chapter 4 on Cancer 1 and you have at least 500,000 gil, Mustadio gives her some make-up (not that he deserves her) that is a quite a powerful accessory as well
