bestiality is for sex with animal-like creatures too.

They're more or less the animals of their world. People eat magikarp (and other fish pokemon) like they do fish here for example, so I'd say they're a close enough approximation.

Monster is a vague term that doesn't really mean anything. Most Pokemon are just animals.
