Also, I don't think Reimu in her normal outfit should be tagged as miko. That'd be like tagging naked Sakuya as maid, or Kogasa with both eyes_closed/wink as heterochromia.
Uhhh...I don't quite follow you. If you're going to argue that you may as well argue that it's not japanese_clothes, either. Also, your examples don't even make sense; perhaps you should take a nap.
S1eth, it's easy to see that Reimu's normal outfit is a stylized miko getup. It has nothing to do with "she's a miko, so tag it miko" - the whole outfit is clearly a modified miko outfit. No meta-knowledge necessary.
