Picture was apparently done to commemorate the end of Hayabusa/Fuji sleeper train services on 14 March 2009 (one day before this was posted on Pixiv.) 'Blue train' sleeper trains as a whole are in their twilight in Japan, with the last surviving regular service (Cassiopeia) scheduled to end in March 2016, leaving only 4 seasonal services. In addition, Tamachi Rolling Stock Center (location of the picture, apparently - from Pixiv tags) was decommissioned in 2013 and IIRC is slated for high-rise redevelopment under the name "Tokyo South Gate (東京サウスゲート)."

    L-R: E233-3000, probably (I don't think Shōnan color E231s were housed at Tamachi), EF66, 285 series.
