There's literal huge boob stars with boobs that big, I think the biggest ever had 20 pound boobs each.

Indeed. People often underestimate just how large and heavy breasts can actually get in real life, with some natural breasts even outclassing many anime characters often called unrealistic and impossible.

Mercury is the heaviest material that's liquid at room temperature. Tapnek was making a joke about how heavy Formidable's breasts are, and possibly implying that they don't believe that a breast that size would weigh that much.

However, a lot of people underestimate just how heavy large volumes of water/milk/fat really are. A US Gallon of animal fat weighs about 3.4 kilograms, so the weight displayed here is accurate if you assume that each breast has a volume of a little under 2 gallons. Pulling out the half-gallon jug I have in my fridge and trying to visualize what four of them stacked next to each other would look like, I think "a little under 2 gallons each" might actually be a pretty good estimate for the size of the breasts shown here. Meanwhile, the same volume of mercury would weigh about 95 kilograms, or 209 pounds, and that would just be accounting for one breast!
