I believe this isn't just a chronology but also a breast size chart. I might be wrong since it would mean that imouto is bigger than maegami.

No it isn't. Ai-chan's breasts are larger than Jitome's, it is confirmed in the EXTRA issue from a while back. And Sada-chan has the biggest of the entire series (she is on the far left side on this chart). Since Jitome is between Sada and Ai, it cannot be a bust chart (they are both larger than her).

Also, Volley-bu-chan and Ai-chan's sister clearly have the smallest.

A serialization?! Sweet! I can't wait to see how Himura turns the silent comics into far more elaborate narratives!
