That's Charlotte Lueder operating the Tiger I Heavy Tracked Legs Striker Unit: the most powerful ground based striker unit as of yet made in cannon. The striker itself is in universe actual rather famous and renowned for it's offensive and defensive power and the amount of magical potential it grants a witch. And apparently it's able to allow a witch to take on massive Neruoi hoards and win.
And apparently it's so well known and famous that their was an in universe children's book called "Tiger Fibel" that was able to outline the parts of the tiger striker in a way children can easily understand.
What's more is that it was capable of great accomplishments in various battles in the Second Neruoi War, and even performed impressively enough that Fuso ordered two Tigers from Karlsland for their own testing in combat trials.
