Only to the point of greedy and excessive, as well as selfish. The idea is that gluttony is eating even when full, in a sense being a waste of food, or overeating in luxury that you place food above God. Gluttony is a strange Sin since it seem the main reason was more because of the way the Romans were back then, where they would just feast and fuck to the point of silly while everyone else starved and it seems to be more of a deviation of greed in a more physical sense (greed being unsatisfied and always just wanting more)...I think. It could be the other way around.
Many of the Sins are really just denouncing the idea of too much.

At least, from what I could remember.
As a catholic myself, I can confirm this is true. The basic idea is wanting something you don't need, when others need it more, for no reason other than selfishness. Even more so in excessive amounts.
For this picture, it's not very excessive, although still a glutton. But we don't know if she did this often, and whether it's because she has been fasting for days or not.
Eating isn't gluttony. Gluttony is defined by "eating without being hungry", just like lust is defined as "fucking without wanting to reproduce". The sins are about letting your desires drive you, rather than controlling them. That's why losers with no self-control who need to masturbate to everything are still scorned in nowaday's society.
