A commenter on the repost of this on the artist's pixiv claimed it was "a copy paste from another artist". The closest one I could find would be this one by En Morikura, which I wouldn't necessarily describe as "copy paste" or outright plagiarism, but contains enough commonalities that might constitute it as a "derivative work" on some level. Personally, it looks more "inspired" by it and I'm not sure it warrants the tag, so I'll leave it to others to decide.

That's what you get when people only focus on themes (Autumn theme is pretty common) and not the pose, angle, coloring, attire, colorization, lighting. Seriously, one is from a top-down perspective and that's from the side.
It definitely does not warrant a derivative work tag.
