The really big names, like Fubuki and Pekora, isn’t there though but for good reason. Kiara and Gura wouldn’t have been able to concentrate or control themselves otherwise.

I think the joke is that Gura makes a common greeting, but Houshou gives an answer that is embarrassing and there is no normal way to follow up in a conversation.

It's literally a recreation of an actual interaction between the two. During one of Gura's streams, Marine appeared in chat, and Gura said exactly what she said in this video (I'm pretty sure they just took the voice clips directly from that stream), and Marine responded with "I'm horny" because that's her catchphrase
