As a Swede myself, I must say I have never heard of "Saffrans pannkaka" (Saffron Pancake) But, it's still cute.

Nope, we actually do make a lot of varied ice creams here. Also we are kind of addicted to ice cream, seeing as we would rather go buy icecream when it is freezing outside rather than something hot :3

Heck, most ice cream stores here are just as popular during winter as they are during the summer.
