Jessie appears with long hair after falling into water both in DP117 & XY063. Due to her sitting position I personally find XY063 to be more fitting since that's also how she sits in that episode, but the artist specifically mentions the DP117 in a follow up tweet and seemingly in this very image mentions Diamond & Pearl as well so I will opt for that instead.
