It's not, really. Just a reason one of the 14 approvers decided to pass on it. One more major reason is that preview.redd.it is a pretty terrible source; all the garbage on the end of that URL hints that the image is not the fullsize original.

The problem is, this is the full size original. It was posted on reddit only because this is a compilation of different arts together made by a user. And there was no way to get shorter link because there was 2 pictures in the post. I understand the rule about third party edit, it could be applied here if you want, but not the compilation reason.
