Well, he keeps implying that they may or may not have done it so maybe this is the "closest" Onii-san has gotten to the "do it" part, even if it's only a dream.

Actually, now that I check the time stamp, Himura posted this more or less 4 hours after their usual time, which IINM is a new lateness record for them.

Possibly both, it depends on your perspective. Hearing Sada-chan having all that fun seems to have flipped Ai-chan's switch, so it's a curse because it's bugging her and a blessing that it's about feeling good. ;)
