BTW is there any setting that makes the TL notes always visible? I don't want to risk my wrist hovering all over the TL notes.

I generally have the same --- over half from here because Danbooru's ludicrous upload rate means I cannot keep up with the overflow and have many images that require sorting [ this window has 607 right now, but as soon as I've dispatched 70 I'm too tired, and the next New Posts will add at least 10 per hour or more so it is a Sisyphean task growing incrementally ] --- but Pale Moon, somewhat to my annoyance since I prefer to have the option, has no switch to load all pages at once, instead on demand.

I hated the option not to load all at once back when Firefox introduced it, maybe a decade ago, but now the computer would choke if I tried it. So Pale Moon's default is much the same as your session manager. [ And I imagine even NeoChrome Firefox has the switch in Preferences. ]
