I mean, we're dealing in both cultural and personal issues here, but she's pushing enough that he did absolutely get her meaning. It's all very well to get fed up and shove your tongue down your prospective partner's throat, but when he's just said "I don't feel comfortable inviting you to my home yet", what's she realistically supposed to do?
