If they used AI-assist on drawing the phone, that's fine (not AI-generated).
Pray tell, how could this artist could have used AI assistance for something that was drawn over three years ago? Look at the upload date before you embarrass yourself next time.
Also... artists use reference photos? Some even (gasp) trace over them! These aren't exactly novel concepts. Or were you under the impression that artists draw everything from memory?
