Futa makes no sense to me. If the wangs were drawn..normally and properly sized (maybe a little smaller), it may be a little hot. But since 99.9% of all futa is shit like this...no.

People are fine with neko girls, even though humans with cat features don't actually exist, yet people have a problem with futanari, even though females with penises actually do medically exist. Extremely rare, but do exist.

I don't think people were complaining about the realism of futanari. In fact, I don't think whether it exists or not has any bearing on the opinions of the people complaining about it.
