In short, this version is in a .png format which generally provides a better quality than .jpg (the other posts format). For the full list on parent priority, see help:post relationships.

Oh, and the translations got moved over, so I don't have to~

Looks like the Pixiv versions have different commentary though. I'll get to those in a bit.
