I mean, you are kinda right. She problably is more experienced than her younger coworkers. But i still that she also felt sad about it and looked like being hit by it. You just cannot be not sad in situations like this.

Not really. She even went on to say that despite her being the one able to talk, the only reason that's the case is because she's putting up a strong sake for them and being the moderator. On her stream, she went on to talk about the fact that she was quite down about it and deals with it in her own way just like everyone else. One of those was trying to do her best.
