This seems to be the first time that they have postures that reflect their emotions from the previous image for their score.

Shashaki probably (rightfully) thought it'd be more entertaining this way or got bored of the same postures being posted repeatedly. Most likely got positive reception from Hime's costume change after finding out she was a maid and the "alternate" select screen after Dream Otomore.
