Why was this tagged as "uncensored" when it wasn't censored in the first place?

The word is "uncensored", not "decensored.

from the tag entry:
"Describes pictures (usually pornographic in nature) that do not have censoring in them."

Doesn't have anything to do with whether or not there was censoring on the image in the first place.
