She'll be fine. It takes more than a few leeches to kill a human, especially with the amount of blood needed to be lost to be consider life threatening. Remember that in the old days, leeches were thought to be a form of medical treatment and that it usually takes multiple days of numerous leeches to have the patient killed.
What she should worry about is one of them crawling up her V-j-j, although that tend to happen more with fishes and it's scarier for dudes. It's why I'm very, very wary of taking a dive in rivers. God damn Dickfishes.
Poor Sodoko! Judging from the Twitter thread, those probably are leeches, although I don't think they normally fall off as easily as in the picture (a couple of them seem to be getting flung off). Sodoko would probably have had to fall into a pond or something to get that many leeches (and in those places), but she doesn't really look wet at all. Fortunately the bites don't usually get infected and often don't even hurt. I don't intend to find out by experience, but that's what I was taught in survival school and from other references.
I've read that leeches will kind of drop off on their own after about 20 minutes or so, but she might want to get that one off her naughty bits pretty quickly! Apparently the safest way to remove them is to use some thin object like a fingernail, credit/ID card, or knife and essentially pry up the edge of the mouth sucker to break the seal of the suction cup and then chuck the thing away before it can reattach itself.

No, I mean you pressure washing INTO the small holes made by those teeth. You'd be forcefully injecting highly pressured water into your skin, which, depending on the model of the pressure washer's output would rip your skin off from your underlying tissue.
