It looks like the damage Patchy has done already annoyed Marisa. Patchy is socially inept already a problem when she talks with Marisa in this universe. Not to mention the book Patchy use as talking guide is written by another person who is socially inept and can read minds. Alice also got annoyed (watch Bat and Horned Owl from kawayabug channel) due to how inept Patchy is at expressing anything to Marisa.
Koakumas song is hard to translate, since a literal translation makes no sense. I think the best approach here would be to rewrite it to fit the english language better, while still delivering the same meaning. I am in no way good at Japanese, so my translation is surely not spot-on.
