@아싸 It's in the community rules. You're not "only allowed to", but think of it as common curtesy to try using the local language if you are able to. Another tip to know is you can check the "No bump" box when commenting so that it doesn't push the picture up in Comments. You use it when your comments are generally not about the picture or not part of an ongoing discussion between multiple people. Hope you find more art to enjoy here.
