Why don't you go to Twitter to ask the artist instead of posting on a site they've probably never visited?

I always wondered about the "pretty girls and detailed guns" artwork coming from Japanese illustrators, until I got the hardcover version of "Bullet" published by Jun Tsukasa with English/Japanese notes included. (2001)

Asked why he liked guns:

"As for guns, I can see it as industrial artworks and something cool that I can see in films, but that's all because I live in a country where my family or myself are not exposed to the menace of guns."
