Not all transgender people undergo medical transitioning. A transgender man could still be willing and able to have children (though, obviously, not many would).

Since the guy above dug up this post, might as well add that even if the people in question don't undergo surgery, there's plenty of trans people who have inhibitions about conceiving children.
There's of course the pregnancy exposing the trans man, but for both groups there's the issue that impregnating/ getting pregnant is something men/women do, so it's a potential source of gender dysphoria.
Not to mention that many places list the parent by their assigned gender in the child's birth certificate, even if they had their legal gender changed before that.

Granted, there's nothing in the image indicating either of them is trans, but I still felt I should provide some insight for those who know nothing about the topic.
