Uh, even looking at the tags, there's no source, other than her being from eyeshield 21, so... I found it inside a Konsoul (aka Konkitto) CG set, but its surely not his work, maybe some guest pics, there was no info at all.

Meh, in his defense, "source" could mean a bunch of things, one would be asking for the anime, other, for the artist, other the website and original link, and so on, not like I condemn laziness.
