"vibrator" looks like a karaoke microphone

It sure as heck DOES look like a microphone! Are there such things as vibrators built to look like (or even double AS) karaoke microphones!?!?

I don't know, but I do know there's an old trope about what goes on behind closed doors in those karaoke joints. When ero manga feature that, it's not uncommon for the microphone to be used as a dildo.
