As someone who's recently found Amano Pikamee, I'm very curious as to what this comic actually says (given it's probably about how Gyari came up with the idea to start a VTuber project).
Looks like the same type of thing that inspired a lot of other creative works. "I couldn't find what I was looking for so I decided to make them myself!"
