That looks like a Monogatari face. Kinda Yotsugi-esque

Same artist and all that. That face is quite distinguishable, but lot were able to guess just from the teased bottom + other vague hints.

Guessing her luck is abysmal since she was sunk on her first mission. And she got her ass kicked decisively.

Then again, the Matsu-class of destroyers were latecomers, with Matsu being the earliest to launch on 28th of April, 1944.
